MY TALKS

Building Systems for Your Next Level

Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Business Development, Inspirational

I remember some years back; I felt that I was stuck at a point and I wasn’t growing the way I desired. I had this earnest desire to help women discover their purpose and to live a life of limitless possibilities. However, every plan I made to get me started off was in the wrong direction, or so it seemed. I got to a point of frustration as I felt I was investing a lot of energy and time. At some point confusion set in, as I couldn’t actually pinpoint the right path to follow.

I knew deep inside of me that my life experiences and professional qualification positioned me to be of service to women who were going through life struggles, business challenges, self -doubt, and low self-esteem. Things turned around when I focused on building systems for my business. If you can envision your next level , it’s time to build systems that will bring your dreams to manifestation. I will share with you six key steps for building systems for your next level.

Embracing and Managing Fear

Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Inspirational

Fears are normal human emotions created by our imagination to make reality seem scarier than it is. Learning to deal with fear is all about putting your negative thought in perspective. We tend to focus too much on the negative, so by looking at all the options, you often realize that you’re making a big deal of nothing. There are so many things that can happen that it’s impossible for you to predict. Getting through fear is a skill that you can learn. If you aren’t ready to face your fears, you probably won’t transcend them.
Before you can begin managing your fear , you have to be aware that You are not your fears. You are the awareness that experiences it. I will share with you strategies for moving beyond your fears into an action mode.
