You have one shot to present your idea, your innovation, your project to key stakeholders – you’re told to keep it brief…

Hey, no pressure there, right?

How on earth do you explain your idea briefly?

A common mistake that people make is to try to tell EVERYTHING in that first meeting…

So what should be in the pitch? How do you tell your story in a way that is clear, captivating and drives to results whether you have 10 min or less?

Donna Griffit, a Corporate Storyteller, will talk about the winning ingredients of a brief, powerful pitch – both in content and delivery. Make sure you come with an idea of something to pitch because participants will have an opportunity to deliver their “quickpitch” and receive valuable feedback from the group and Donna

Even if you are a seasoned presenter, walk away with insights and clarity.

In ever changing times one thing is certain – you must know how to identify what sets you apart and know how to communicate this to others in a powerful way. If you don’t know how to sell your own value, nobody else will…

We all bring something special to the table – skills, knowledge, talents, etc. But there’s that elusive “X Factor” – who we truly are and what our real value is to the company that we work for, or a company we want to work for. But how do we discover it? And once we do – how do we communicate it in a powerful way that shows our unique, indispensable value?

In this workshop participants will:
1) Identify their core knowledge, talent and skills – the obvious and not so obvious
2) Find out what their “X Factor” is
3) Get the tools to create their own personal “X Factor” statement and practice delivering it – a minute version, 30 second version and even a 1-2 liner.

Your X-Factor Statement can be for internal reviews, networking, job interviews, pitching
